I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were stunning with a jacuzzi and beautiful balcony views, but the service was lacking. The location was unbeatable, being close to everything and the national park. The dining experience was fantastic, but the facilities were outdated.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel located super close to everything in downtown Gatlinburg. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had beautiful balcony views.
